Black cumin seeds have been used in many ways over the years with both medicinal uses as well as culinary. Seeds have been found in use as far back as ancient Egypt and before. The medicinal effects of these tiny seeds are many and varied. They are packed with antioxidants which have a powerful effect on a persons’ general health. Black Seed Flour is obtained by grinding deoiled black cumin seeds into flour. Powder form of black cumin seed increased the use of this high protein source by custumers.
